  ESCAPE &
REJUVENATE

With RISING HerWay Wellness & Retreats, LLC

Built by veterans. Grounded in therapy. Proven in HER real life.
This is wellness designed for women who’ve led, carried, served, and stood strong — and still weren’t seen.

Wellness Shouldn’t Feel Like a Battle.

Too many women veterans, military spouses, and service-connected women are over-served trauma — and under-served support.
We’re building what we wish had existed during our own transitions.

RISING HerWay Wellness & Retreats, LLC is the for-profit powerhouse of the RISING HerWay movement — designed to fuel healing, fund transformation, and create space for HER restoration. Every event. Every program. Every purchase sustains the mission.

We’re not just a brand.
We’re a movement.

Your Mission. Your Healing. Your HERWay.

We don't offer services. We offer sisterhood, strategy, and soul rest. Every program is crafted by military women, for military women with trauma-informed care, nervous system regulation, and authentic connection at the core.

🟦 HerWay Homecoming™

Where the dance floor is therapy. The community is family.
Our annual end-of-year celebration honors every woman’s rise. It’s not just a party — it’s permission to celebrate survival, sisterhood, and the sacred act of still standing.

Why We Rise

Because no military-connected woman should have to heal in silence.

We rise for the ones forgotten by systems — the women veterans marked by trauma but not seen by care
the spouses holding it all together while falling apart inside
the military-connected family (women) shaped by war they never fought
and the disabled veterans left out of the very benefits they earned.

At RISING HerWay: The Women Rising Project, we build what didn’t exist for us:
a trauma-informed, creative healing space led by women who’ve lived it — for women still living it.

This is not therapy. It’s where healing becomes human. Where sisterhood is strategy. And every woman rises — her OWN way.

📚 RESEARCH-BACKED. HEART-LED.

A 2022 NIH meta-review showed that peer-based interventions reduce PTSD symptoms by up to 37% when combined with formal therapy.

Polyvagal Theory teaches us that nervous system regulation begins in safe relationships, not solo work. Our retreats and sisterhood events are intentionally built with this in mind.

According to the National Institute of Mental Health (2023), laughter activates the limbic reward system, reduces cortisol, and boosts oxytocin — the hormone critical to relational safety and trauma recovery.

Studies in Creative Arts Therapies (2023, American Journal of Psychotherapy) confirm that non-traditional, experiential healing methods (such as group music, art, and movement) lead to significantly higher emotional expression, self-regulation, and trauma integration — especially for survivors of military sexual trauma (MST) and complex PTSD.

You’re Not Just a Client. You’re the Movement.

Join a rising force of women choosing to heal loud, lead boldly, and rise unapologetically. Whether you’re a veteran, spouse, active-duty woman, or survivor — your story belongs here.
